How can you get started in your railway career? It’s simple: Students can enter the industry right out of high school and receive on the job training by applying for entry-level positions directly with the railway companies. The RAC has partnered with select Canadian Colleges to create the Railway Conductor Program, aimed at positioning you as a strong contender for available railway positions.
